Refund Policy

1.  Products sold are non-refundable.

2.  Accept return due to manufacturing defect or damage due to shipping.

3.  Accept return if the actual products are different from the order list.

4.  Product is unused, unopened with original packaging intact, and in selling condition are allowed to return and exchange.

5.  You may exchange the product with another product of same value or greater value once the exchange is allowed.

6.  Product are allowed to exchange once.

7.  All products must be exchanged with an original receipt or invoice and returned within 7 days of delivery date.

8.  Product exchange process will take up to 7 working days upon receiving the returned products.

9.  You may allow to walk-in at our office for products return and exchange.

10. Kuss Essentials reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
